The Course
In cooperation with Ryerson University, The Globe and Mail, Canon and the Toronto Star, Carbon Sound and Picture was proud to be a part of The Couse. This incredible training session was designed to meet the needs of journalists making the move forward into visual storytelling for the web. Throughout the four days participants heard from industry leaders who presented and discussed all things multimedia.
Using Canon video equipment, participants shot their story in the field. Teams then returned to the studio at Ryerson University to edit their footage into a finished piece using Final Cut Pro on Macs supplied by Carbon Sound and Picture. All along the way participants received one-on-one coaching from top professionals.
