Our dedicated facilities include 4 demo suites, 2 classrooms, sales offices and a dedicated video tech support team. We cater to top level film, television and corporate video clientele as well as independent producers and filmmakers. Our recent growth requires that we add an experienced individual to fill the position of Pro Video Sales Representative.

Job Description:
• Hardware, software and solution based corporate sales - face to face, over the phone, and online.
• Assist in pre-sales configuration in conjunction with a highly trained technical force both in office and at on-site meetings with clients.
• Assist in the sales, organization and implementation of classes held at Carbon and Picture.
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of seminars held by Carbon Sound and Picture.
• Perform sales administration work for Carbon Sound and Picture team as necessary.
• Stay current and knowledgeable in Digital Video solutions; Standard and High Definition workflows.
• Build hands on knowledge of hardware and software solutions for same.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be:
i) A proven sales performer who is motivated by targets.
ii) Knowledgeable in our current suite of solutions:
• Operating systems: Apple OSX, Windows XP and higher, Linux is an asset
• Software: Apple Final Cut Studio, Avid Xpress Pro (Mac and Windows), Adobe After Effects, related video edit plug ins and 3D software
• Hardware: Apple desktops and portables, Xserve, AJA, Black Magic, AV cabling solutions and networking
• Storage Systems: Xserve RAID, Edit Share, custom built RAID solutions and SANs.
• Video specific hardware: Broadcast Decks & Switches, reference generators, audio and and video monitoring systems.
